Do you think the label will push her to rush out another album instead of this 4 year mess?

Admin

I hope so. At least a Live CD, B-Side Collection, EP. Anything to keep the ball rolling.

I don't think a label can push her to do anything if she doesn't feel like coming out, but I do think she'd be more inclined to keep pushing songs out at least

I hope so.

And I know I'm gonna see in this thread: "Oh! Take time! Make album really good!" You can STILL make an album in a year's time and STILL have the material be good, better yet, GREAT.

Sh*t, back in the 60s and 70s, albums came out every year or less and were able to make top quality music. Label politics are what make the music wait. The Beatles were together for not even a DECADE and they have MANY albums and are known as the greatest band of all time. Time does NOT equal "quality".

Push em out Bran!

If Bran stays on the same label, we may get a new album maybe 3 years later, but I honestly cant see Bran releasing another album in 2 years, not when Bran has her mind on plenty of things and now with Zoe, the broadway new journey and all of that.

I see Jeff pushing bran to release an EP, tho, to keer her out there in the meantime

The funny thing is that if bran is focused she records albums QUICK. The bulk of Full Moon and Afrodisi were recorded in just a couple months. She just needs to find a vibe and focus

Gilgamesh.

No. If she didn't do it after Two-Eleven, it's not happening...ever.

I was wondering about that. Don't labels have deadlines & stuff as to when a new album should be submitted? I thought I heard something about that before, but I'm not sure.

one of the best comments Ive read regarding this. Well said. And definetly time doesnt mean quality.

We have plenty of examples of people taking their time and then coming back with a dissapointing album or single. You either have the talent and inspiration to create, or you just havent and still record 15 songs.

It literally only takes a year or 2 to make an amazing album. What kind of recording one song ever other month month? :dead:
However.... If an artist (not just music) is looking for inspiration then that's a whole different story. and excusable.
