that's the thing though

a valid point was made that the confinement actually is damaging to their mental state

which in turn makes them act out more....which gets them more time in solitary.

then more time turns to more mental strain for them , they act out even more. then they get more time.

can we say that's really "effective" ? or simply a cycle of unusually cruel punishment?

no im saying those innocent niggas are subject to this just like the guilty ones are. or like, non violent offenders (weed, etc) being put in there and then once u in there, the racists ass wardens and guards, etc. i agree the guilty ones get no sympathy. but sucks for the niggas that belong there, which more than likely look like us.
