50 isn't in the position to play victim in this instance, as he's not the one in trouble.

Nor did he allude to dababy being unfairly attacked or randomly targeted in any way. He seems fully aware of why dababy is in hot water, and not confused about it.... At all actually .

I spotted not one lie in his statement. Dababy def needs to realize the platform he holds before opening that mouth.

Was he empathetic and hopeful dababy will learn from this? Yes. Did he paint dababy to be a victim? No.

I just watched the video...I assumed the article was just word-for-word what he said in the video, but it's not. There's more in the video

50 was talking in circles. I can understand that he's dababy's mentor and he doesn't want to see this mistake END his career...but still.

DaBAby went OUT OF HIS WAY to say that mess he said on stage. We're not talking about someone accidentally blurting out a curse word in church or something.



This is WAY too much empathy. I was understanding of it reading the article but that video is just a mess. I hope 50 realizes that being a good mentor , or a teacher figure of any sort,  includes pushing accountability.

I'm glad he's not supporting what DaBaby said, but hold him accountable. I see what 50 is doing, he's like a dad tryna protect their child - even if they're accused of murder. As his MENTOR I get it.  I'm reasonable enough to UNDERSTAND it. But Ion like it.
