i honestly think its moreso about styling
ive seen very dark skinned people rock blond colored hair but the style was on point so it worked
and actually brought out their beauty more because of the contrast.
sometimes an unusual contrast on darker people works and looks beautiful.
my grandpa was darker, was born with bright blue eyes and it worked for him.
if its something u really wanna do, i say why not go for it
but maybe just consult with someone who really knows what they're talking about when it comes to hair, etc.
to figure out which style would compliment u best. and also, i know ur a professional guy so keep ur job in mind as well. it's a bold choice so just make sure it doesn't affect ur professional image.
there's def a difference between having a well thought out styled mess and just PLOPPING a blond tea on ur head.
