LAVISH!
People KILL me going on about an 800k house like it's something so luxurious.
That's a regular ass house here in SoCal. For example:
https://www.redfin.com/CA/Long-Beach/5280-E-25th-St-90815/home/7579363
This lil 3 bedroom, 1600 square foot home is priced OVER 800k.
I'm sorry but this is absolutely disgusting
The house
The price
The square footage
California <<<
!!!
I love my state, but it's WAY overpriced.
Literally everything costs more here, even gas. We pay like a dollar more per gallon than everyone else.
Are we driving on special roads or something?

its basically like nyc.
unless you've gotten property back in the day (20+ years ago) when everything was much less
like my grandparents did
or ur making at least $250K a year in salary....
don't even think of buying a really NICE place AND living comfortably there.
ain't happening. sfsfs
sdbbbnnnnnnn
How many bedrooms you got sis? I might need to come lay my head a bit.
its a 2 bedroom that was converted to 1 bedroom/2 bathroom by previous owners
they extended the master bedroom and used the additional space to make the walk in closet
they hooked this place tf up.
its perfect cuz it only being 1 bedroom makes sure guests know this aint a damn hotel
wont be extended stays up in this bitch. am still a bachelor at the end of the day.
BUT... BUT...u get ur own full bathroom while ur here.
I hate when people do stuff like that.Did that give you leverage when negotiating the price?Or was the price reflective of the conversion.
i had some leverage overall considering i purchased at the height of the pandemic
their setup was a plus for me actually
especially considering they did a LOT to the place overall
they didn't just convert from 2 bedroom to 1. they worked on EVERYTHING. the design, the ceilings, the walls....real hardwood floors.
like, the DETAILS of my home are insane.
i have the best looking loft in my building. sfdfsdsfdsd
a lot of the other units look like true lofts. like very industrial looking
but the previous owners gave this place a nice mix of home-y and industrial teas.
everyone im come across in my building who knows about this unit are usually green with envy.
