I agree that sometimes seeing people posing with the homeless as they hand them money and mess is a little ....

But I wouldn't call what Normani did  "charity" exactly. I think a lot of people make vids of going back to their hometowns to pay homage to those who helped shape who they are

I would call this is a "token of my appreciation" tea. Not flat out charity . For all we know her former teacher could be well off already

I think it can be somewhat inspiring to other people to see others give back. Of course, private is better, but the world needs to see more people being charitable. For me at least, it makes me think of people who have paved the way for me somehow and what I can personally do to make a difference in their lives and show my appreciation. Things like this need to be seen more.

What I got from this clip is that sometimes just being a good/decent and empathetic person comes back to you tenfold . Which is something I think a lot of people need to see tbh

Wasn't so much about what Normani was giving for me tbh for me it was about the teacher getting good karma .

This teacher clearly went above and beyond for Normani and was compassionate about her situation

Joseline out here demanding people to give her her flowers while she's fighting all castmates on her show and we love to see it. But when a black woman who has made it is giving flowers to a woman who inspired her, we dont wanna see that shit; do it in private. Thats why the world is the way it is now. We look down on the good and praise the bad.
