thats a chin implant, a filler is when they inject something that mimics what plumps your skin naturally into where ever you want it
It's not as invasive as you think, literally 10 mins and you're done back to whatever it was you were doing before
The whole point of fillers is to add definition , structure or replace sullen or lost fat in the face.
It's very common, I mean if she did she definitely isn't the first or last to it and it's very subtle
It's just that we're so used to seeing her face we know if anything looks different
It could also be the fact she's in her 40s and lost weight in her face like most women do
