It brings me so much joy to see Brandy being so active in 2021. She's free and creating art the way she envisions. There's so much beauty and power in that, especially given her history.  This rising phoenix.

Not every Artist enjoys living in the past. Ya'll know she likes to try different things and express herself over different production and with different people. Sometimes to her detriment, but, sometimes to her credit.

That's how Art should be tho. Fans ain't always right just like the Artist isn't always right. But I'll be damned if i go back 20 years into my catalogue just to appease a few fans that don't give a fuck about me for real just so they can say "well, it's still not giving Full Moon"

Brandy is far too gifted to be tied to Rodney until they're old and Gray. She doesn't "need" him. Period.

I'd love to work with him and there's a reason she's still open to working with him herself. But if you tell me he HAS to executive produce .... In 2022  no 

She doesn't owe him that, just like she can't tell him who he can and can't work with. This one sided shit is lowkey sexist too but ima leave it alone and continue to stan for them both.

imagine a collaborative effort with Kaytranada, Fauntleroy, ETC. For example! Not saying this is in the works   

Her creativity is endless! She's been recording like crazy these last few months so I'm excited to see what it's all for. I'd love a lil Rodney, but, like you said, it ain't looking good for that. 

And i would never comment on that because i don't know any of them personally and it involved Lashawn who is no longer here. Hopefully his passing can bring them together one day on a personal level, idk

I'd LIIIIVE if she went in with Kaytranada. There's definitely so many sounds for her to explore. I was just listening to "Magic" and 

It would be nice to see her & Rod connect again though, especially after their creative history. I'd love to see what they could come up with.

However, I don't want Brandy feeling like she has to kiss his ass, and I think that's what he wants.

Brandy isn't an angel, but Rodney seems to have a bit of an ego problem. I could be wrong tho. These are just my observations.
