I don't think a Brandy and Rodney mess in 2021 would slay as mess as we think. His recent productions have been meh.

I need Kaytranda and D'Mile though.

With the right direction and a mix of a few other producers ( 4 or so tracks outside of Rodney) it could. They push each other.
Have you ever thought that some of his production is boring because he isn't being challenged?

This is a great point cuz she certainly challenged camper and he didn't give her the dry beats he gave Jessie J no shade

But, it's an ego thing too. Maybe even on both sides but, if someone was telling me i basically "need" them and they out here giving everybody else dry work, i would definitely feel a way and we'd never have to work together again.

Ok they can challenge each other but don't belittle her gifts (not saying that's his intent) as if you're all i need to make it in music and be creative. That doesn't necessarily inspire and motivate Artists like Brandy to get back in the studio with you

She's in such a positive space right now and hopefully for life. If they can't come together on a personal level first, it may just be best to let the past be the past. They made history together and created my favorite album of all time - NSN. I'm good
