So I've had Comcast/xfinity internet and it hasn't been the most reliable

I work from home so even if somethings down for half an hour during business hours that's a huge problem for me .

But I kinda had to just work around it cuz xfinity was pretty much the only tea in town with high speeds

Not anymore doe!!! bitch I got a flyer from Verizon letting me know their 5G home internet tea is available and I had them out to install this morning

For now I have both services just in case ... my plan is to call xfinity and make them pay for my new service by cutting my bill down considerably ... or threaten to give them the BOOT!

Comcast has been known for their less-than-stellar service but for the longest time they've had a stronghold on certain areas because of no competition . I mean if there's nothing else to choose from in ur area that's comparable u can't do anything but bitch and complain and eventually keep paying that bill

But now ... balls in MY court this gon be fun! Cant wait to call them lolz

Ideally I'll keep both services to be extra sure I'll always have a connection either way... with just a bit of difference than what I'm paying now

 2: People are using their phones to do things AND just buying portable routers

The speed with Verizon is really good so far and I kinda like that it's a fixed price overall instead of tiers of service at different prices etc

Comcast better get their shit together because no ones paying for cable anymore . Pretty sure the internet  is what's keeping them afloat

If Verizon keeps spreading this mess to other cities they very well may take them owt the fuckin game

Xfinity is terrible and very unreliable.At the height of the pandemic, there would be an outage every Monday morning.
Your best bet would be to email corporate.They are easier to deal with than phone support.
