- Although grateful, Normani reveals her VMAs performance was a very traumatic experience for her to the point where it made her cry the entire day of her award show performance

- Normani admits that she felt robbed and stressed out due to only having one week of rehearsal time but was still grateful for the opportunity MTV gave her.

- She's always confident about her work when she's prepared

- Normani adds that she feels she deserved to be on the MTV stage due to her hard work but most importantly her fans deserved to see her performance after their tremendous loving support.

- Her next single will have a different energy from Wild Ape and is coming incredibly soon

- Is thankful for music artist that believe in her because it means a lot to her. She always felt like an unseen overlooked under dog by a lot of people while in Fifth Harmony

- Her music journey has been a hard challenge but she has prevailed.

I actually believe everything she's saying here because the performance seemed rushed to me and wasn't good except for the part with Teyanna and the song itself is so strong that it carried the performance.
