The assistant is ugly as fuck, and Pearl is no damn Toccara either. And the Chinese lady as well as the brown gorl didn't get ONE sentence, and they had this dumb as Pakistani joke, and they made this 8 year old kid talk about dating girls.

The show is awfully bland, repressive and heteronormative. And YES a show that I take the time to watch, it would be criticized for the good and the bad.

Ive seen you sit on here and call some of these Africans cute and im sorry but if im being fckn honest, most times Africans aint near fckn cute, atleast not in the traditional sense.

I dont take offense. Im dark skinned, I dont look African. BUT even if I did, I didnt say ALL African are ugly. My point was that Africans are not the standard of beauty with ALOT of Americans and he so casually calling these actors ugly and meanwhile tons of Americans would say the same about Africans

Malcolm knew I'd have Southern Africa perched somewhere in my DNA before I even took the test. And it ended up being a huge chunk of my ethnic makeup.  So there are definitely looks we have retained over the many years from the time we were brought over the Atlantic (which is not nearly as as long ago as we feel like it was). Luv, take some time to really study Africa and its diversity. Your views will change dramatically, I promise.

During my genealogy research, I only had to go back 4-5 generations to reach the era of slavery. We're not as far separated from Africa as we'd like to think we are. Genetically, at least. We definitely are culturally though.
