I did it for 14 days. I lost 15lbs. It was hard as a fuck and I kept thinking about food but I didn't fold. I didn't leave the house for 14 days. This was last year while I was still getting Pandemic unemployment. I made sure I had enough toiletries to cover me for two weeks so I didn't have to leave the house. I didn't want to leave the house because I knew if I went to a store I would mess up. I did several shorter fasts before that. You can't just jump into that.

I do intermittent fasting everyday (I only eat between 12pm-8pm)

I also used to fast during Ramadan

It's honestly so easy  the people who complain about fasting are lazy af. I know a lot of fat ass people that could actually use it smh

I prefer just keeping balance over a longer period of time.. these ups and downs in weight are usually not helping me. It is better to cut back on sugar and I stopped eating fastfood from the bigger companies like KFC & McDonalds (the food can be addictive, too much salt fat sugar). I still eat fries but don't go too crazy anymore.

working on balance/consistency has been a big focus for me too

"It's a lifestyle change" sounds cheesy af but once u look back after you've been on the same road for about a year and a half ... with no specific end goals in mind anymore... and with no "finish line" Ur looking forward to

U realize it really is . It's ur new way of living. Mind rules everything.
