ive heard a similar complaint for a lot of eateries though
the meal is advertised as $10 but by the time all is said and done, you're at $25 after the all those fees are piled on
advertise "high speed internet for $20!" on TV commercials but when the customer calls they're informed that's for 2 MBPS.

technically making it HSI but they know damn well when people think high speed internet, they're thinking at least 50MPBS these days. but it's to prompt the conversation and upsell ...basically to grab more coins
"bait and switch" isn't specific to chinks really.
but replacing a whole menu with another might be. lol
