someone could simply be saying "hey guys i worked hard and got my score to 800 so excited about this!"

and someone could be triggered and see it as bragging as opposed to the person deservedly celebrating their accomplishment.

there's def a difference between that and someone saying "everyone i know got bad credit but i got 800 lol just wanted to randomly let u know

I mean, it's true the whole concept of a credit score is a stupid construct made up by the banks to determine who is worthy and who isn't.

Unfortunately in this capitalist society it is something to be proud of. Good credit means more access and opportunity.

Was just about to say this. I can understand someone bragging about their score bc they have plans of making a significant purchase in the near or distant future but it makes no sense for someone to brag if they plan on doing nothing with it..
