there's a very clear plan and strategy  in place and im all the way here for it

she had her rise, she was tore down with the whole cardi/kenneth mess and i think now's the time when people wanna see her come back and slay

she has that kinda staying power so it can definitely happen.
and i think she knows that. so she's coming back HUMBLE and doing things like mending broken ties with people like City Girls , etc.
which could make that "welcome back nicki!" process even easier for people to digest and promote.
