This doesn't even make sense. There are five races, and most Jewish people self-identify as white. People from Sudan and South Africa often have different features, yet they may all be black.

You're basing this off of the concept of the "Aryan" Race. There are no real sub races; this is a fallacy. The Aryan race is not a real concept; this "sub-race" was made up.   The Holocaust was not about race because there were far more components and people persecuted that were also white.

The Holocaust was centered on white supremacy and purifying the white race. This was the goal. So they created this ideal that Indo-Europeans and it's various ethnic groups were of a superior sub-race. They even separated The Nordics as being more "pure" than Northern Germans based on their features. So even the Nazis agreed that people could have different features and still be white. So why can't Jewish people also be white with different features?

Because Jewish is not a race; it's a religion and ethnic group.

Bruce it's not about whether or not these "sub races" are real or not . I think we all know white "aryan" men created that mess to distinguish themselves as an upper tier of whiteness.

What matters is that their concept of RACE was used to justify the killings of millions of Jews. Which means "RACE" played a factor in this. To eliminate that word from the conversation is to ignore the ideals that ultimately cost millions of Jews their lives.

Does that make sense?

And yes there are distinguishable differences in Jewish people that stem from their added Middle Eastern/North African ancestry ... most notably their "hook nose" and curly hair and/or "Jewfros" . It's a stereotype but there's some truth to it .

For the most part genetically Ashkenazi people (with significant/recent genetic Jewish ancestry) look like wtf they are ... Middle Eastern/Israeli

that would be way too far . She basically had a Chilli "all lives matter" moment ... basically saying something she thought was profound and that would promote unity and deeper thinking but just wasn't aware of how dangerous and wrong her choice of words were.

Only thing she's guilty of IMO is not realizing her range on these topics is way more limited than she'd like to believe . Anyone who's even remotely reasonable can see she was just innocently ignorant in the moment
