Anti is the better album in the sense that almost all of the mess has the better replay value. Lemonade has higher highs and a better concept.

Lemons was a a better album then and it's a better album now. She also has a better concept and better cohesion. It's just BETTER.

I will say, Anti grew on me years later and it's a really cute album. Def her best.
