What she needs to do in my opinion is to start embracing her age and let a few gray roots show and so forth and get rid of Benny as her manager. She needs someone that would fight to get her those Olivia Colman roles or even fight for those roles herself. Also, she should keep honing her craft a lot of these actresses that are being nominated/ being talked about and so forth keep training by taking additional on roles on either Broadway or even off Broadway. Prime example: Lupita who was a Yale School of Drama grad kept doing roles on Broadway. That's what Jen needs to do. Expand herself if she wants those challenging roles. She seems to be making excuses.
