He's clearly smarter than whoever was living there before and probably bit off more than they could chew. If a home is in foreclosure that means that the previous owner most likely didn't have enough equity built to just sell it and pocket the profit before the proceedings began.
THATS who those people should be mad at. Their former neighbor who opened the door for all of this with their poor financial planning .... And Who I can safely assume was White.
