I like Promise a lot, I always played it out around that time frame, even before The Evolution was released in stores. I skipped Like A Boy and went straight to I Proceed.

Listen. I love the album wholeheartedly, but I wore that damn Promise out!!!! I Proceed is a good workout song so I wore that out as well lol. I had a lot of fun during college winter quarter 2006/07.
