If this goes through it would mean the whole "spring forward" tea would be year round .

I actually like the idea cuz I find myself being able to actually catch the sunrise moments in the morning ... instead of waking up to it already blaring ...

And having those longer days after work so I'm not RUNNING outside to make sure I beat the darkness for my walks and fresh air
