Honestly..... Human did have more hit potential than  Afrodisiac, but that's literally not saying much. No shade. Afrodisiac just wasn't a radio friendly album.

I disagree what that as well. Human had some of her more universal material on it. Very relatable album imo. The general (POP) audience would have supported this album. Its all in the marketing.....

This is a Brandy problem not the material. When you take major breaks from radio, you lose momentum and radio support from DJs. Everytime she releases she basically has to network all over again and hope they warm up to her. Once they warm up she always fucks it up with the second single and disappears for half a decade aint nobody got time for that!

A lot hit records ride off the success of the previous single but you have to be consistent.
