Eras still exist, for those making good music and want to milk projects. Some of the vets are the ones shrinking their eras. Beyonce, for example, putting out a whole movie for an album kinda kills the era and the anticipation of a new music video and build up to an album release. Kanye just drops his albums now. Drake does the same. And then they disappear. Newer acts with something to prove are giving us eras (Billie, Doja, Lil Nas X, etc).

I don't think so.... it just looks different. I feel like the girls have a full era BEFORE the release of the album. :uhh: They drop like 3 or 4 singles before they drop the album
