Rihanna doesn't have an album. Kelly will be ignored.

please realize that everytime Kelly releases an album and submits she gets nominated. but I want Brandy to win!

When I said she'll be ignored I meant she'll continue to lose and remain in the shadows. :raycharles2urmess:

If Brandy continues on the same wave length as B&P, she'll for sure get nominated. The Grammy committee LOVES songs like this. This album in my opinion will be her best and most critically acclaimed since Afrodisiac. I just feel it. Human and 2/11 were too commercial sounding. The Grammys are fond of that.

I think it's all about submitting to the correct categories because they have different voters. She should definitely submitted to Traditional as opposed to Urban Contemporary. She also needs to campaign, put on a few private performances. Can't just sit around and hope for the best. Same thing with B&P. I hope she doesn't think trending on social media was enough to push this.
I agree. I definitely think it should be for a traditional as well
This is my pass to say WHATEVER tf I wanna say about the mess she releases so I don't wanna hear SHIT! Baby mama is a mess of a song btw

...

If Begging and Pleading get on radio its a fore sure grammy nod

Would I be crazy to say we should campaign for a spot on The Voice? It would undoubtedly be huge in every way possible for her career, including a nice setup for next years Grammy's. Brandy is THE Vocal Bible, after all. I'm thinking memes, a petition, clips of her best vocals, contacting Mark Burnett and NBC on Twitter, celebrity allies, etc etc. It's still possible for her to be booked as the season has not yet begun and even then, there at several weeks until live shows air.

...

as long as she releases before the dead line i can see her winnning a couple

As a performer or judge?

:stressed:

I'd LOVE that. this'll be one of her best albums PERIOD

i can feel it. But like Tribeca said, they really have to go about this the right way. Im sure Jeff robinson will know what to do and how to help, because he's certainly familiar with the Grammy's, after all his wins with Alicia keys

I see B&P getting a nod if they continue to push the song

yeah, if the song stays active during 3-4 more months, I think it has a chance.

My main question is if Grammy committee uses to nominate songs from early months of previous year, or mostly from summer. Anyone knows?

Oct 1 to Sept 30. Adele will be sweeping next year. And Columbia better not be submitting her name in any of the R&B categories.
