On a sidenote, i watched most of her masterclass and i didn't learn anything. Maybe it's somewhat insightful for people who don't know anything about music, but there were almost no actionable/ practical tips regarding songwriting, producing etc (so far).

don't get me wrong, i still enjoyed it. But it was more like a behind the music docu or interview but not a class.

The basic runs Mariah was giving were just because they were in the background harmonies and you don't need to do big crazy show-off runs for that

Bran is KILLING. It's not a competition but her tone is stealing the show. She's so star-struck which I get but Mariah was really trying to push her to make it her own   and she kept copying Mariah lol

This was Mariah teaching Bran how she (Mariah) does background vocals.  I find it funny that you all don't get that.  If you listen to their music, they definitely have a different approach, so I thought it was cute for Brandy to learn and get into Mariah's approach of when she does vocals.  The fact the she chose Brandy, means that she respects and knows that Brandy would be able to do it

Yeah the entire class was great to watch and listen to. Her producing with the string set and her director, the studio session with Bran! , her speaking (always interesting). I loved it. I wish the song had an official rerelease but I'll get it off YouTube
