The fact that she wants to retire because she feels like she's "in a box"

and she thinks "Not A Little Bit" is some new sound or something edgy and crossover. It sounds  like some watered down R&B mess    .

And she has Trina help her pick out singles?

She'll never be a pop star but I like the direction her music is going in but the 3rd album isn't a good place to start. She could release soundtrack songs, do a few collaboration. Release a mixtape. Something to ease into the transition.

I just don't get how what she's saying matches up with that dry ass song that was clearly made for the radio and sounds like it could be on her first album.

She doesn't progress musically at all so why complain to your label?

Is she deaf? I hear a pop/r&b song..from 2005. It is not outside the box, it's very 'radio friendly' I guess
