but know theres a difference between simply not being interested in something.... and pressing to make it a "non-issue" and actively minimizing it - or even finding holes to POKE in the narrative of those who say they are affected by the "story".

if a white person hires black people to eat watermelon on camera while they're in chains, and they voluntarily participate to create the show....and some black people actually tune in to watch, it doesn't mean Black people were not exploited in this instance.

it does not relieve that culprit or their "legacy" from accountability.
cuz other Black people WILL call out the show.

i dunno if simplifying the entire mess with "meh, 70% of his viewers were black women...das what i heard from Al on Fox Soul lol so yea lol" was the best idea. you threw out something pretty loaded. short, sweet, but loaded.

maybe do a lil research next time before you simplify a tea, and especially before you get fully engaged for a couple pages .
