I just didn't understand why people would believe that like Usher and Mariah Carey aren't 90 artists.

If an album has 17 million WW sales including the BIM then it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that domestically it being diamond isn't far fetched.  Do you think you know more than the company that bought Darkchild's catalog?

that 17 million worldwide claim has been in hundreds of press releases over the years but every time Soundscan reports the NSN sales it's always like 4.5 million. Either Bran just sold way more outside of the US than inside or that number isn't accurate
