i thought it kinda surprising she had insecurities about having a booty and thick thighs as a black girl in the south ....shes originally from GA
and that stuff has been seen as desirable and beautiful in certain regions of the country since forever. 

so i just looked to see when they actually moved to LA ..and she was around 13 at the time so that makes a lot of sense. 

thats such a crucial age range for girls. entering that high school-ish age 
and in LA ...where  hollywood standards are definitely pushed a lot more . i can def her see her tryna wish her curves away a bit
