Has she mentioned a lawsuit yet?  If she doesn't sue the promoters for breach of contract, I have to assume her receipts aren't legitimate.

have you read the entire contract and what it states specifically?

She'd have to have grounds for a lawsuit through details provided in the contract to go after the promoter directly.

Her hands may be tied legally due to language used in the contract that could be protecting the promoter from this action .

However , she can tap DLs ass for playing games all she wants to.

She produced a legitimate contract with the promoter  AND  a printed schedule from the promoter which proves she was originally slated to headline , as she said she was . DL has not .

If her whole argument is that she was the contractually agreed upon headliner snd was not actually the headliner, how would they not be in breach of contract?

Why direct anything at DL?  At best, he looks lame for demanding the headliner spot but what exactly is her little rant supposed to do?  It makes her look unprofessional, not him.  He will continue his jobs and comedy performances.  Was her rant supposed to do anything more than get him negative press for a few days?    Meanwhile, her peers and likely a lot of promoters are looking at her sideways.  Was it worth it?  She is trying to rebuild her career and THIS is what people are focused on.  If you aren't suing the actual people that wronged you, then this was just drama for no reason.  DL can't control what the promoters decide to do.   


Steve Harvey tried to replace Bernie in the Ocean's 11 movies.  Sneaky, underhanded behavior.  Bernie stopped speaking to Steve.  He did not publicly trash him in a show.  When people found out about it, it didn't ruin Steve's career.  I don't know what Mo thinks she's accomplishing because trashing DL won't help her career and it won't hurt his.  People aren't going to blackball him for being mean to Monique.

If she is suing them, that's really all she had to do.  She had no reason to go out on stage at all.  Just take them to court and win.

If she sues, there will definitely be a counter suit against her.

She hasn't even followed through with the lawsuit against Netflix. A judge granted her a motion to proceed forward with the lawsuit in 2020, but no word of anything else happened.

It takes money to sue. Lawyer fees are not cheap. I believe Mo is broke. She's probably doing these little radio shows to scrap up whatever little money she can. Po Mo.

Then she should shut up and take whatever gigs she can get.

This sounds like an open and shut case if her receipts are legit.  I'll wait for news about her pending lawsuit.

And yes DL can have some sort of influence on what the promoters do if he was behind the scenes being sneaky and throwing hissy fits and ultimatums that could ruin an event .

Has he not shown you enough of who he really is by the way he's attempting to trick and deceive  YOU?

Like we literally have people in here who were strongly against monique while they were under the impression that DL presented something that he did NOT.

If they have a signed contract with Mo promising xyz and they chose to violate that and risk being sued to avoid DL "ruining the event," then that's the choice they made. 


If she doesn't sue them, then I have to question the validity of her receipts.  Like I said, it seems open and shut.  Easy money.  Even other comedians say the promoters are obviously at fault. 

What's the point of showing her contract except to show the promoters violated it?  Her contract wasn't with DL.

But you're missing the part where DLs team clearly sent a memo saying they secured something they didn't .

There's a reason HIS original contract hasn't been put up yet . Get your calculator if you need assistance adding it up
