this is more smoke, mirrors, and trickery from DL.

with a contract, what matters is that it was agreed upon and signed by all parties involved.
if i have a contract between myself and person #2, it doesn't matter if myself or person #2 actually drafted the mess
what matters is we agreed on the terms thereof.  we reviewed it, we agreed, we signed it.

the terms of many contracts are DISCUSSED before the actual paperwork/contract is printed up for signing.
meaning, if there's a signed CONTRACT we can assume there was a discussion between everyone beforehand and an agreement, regardless of who drafted the actual paperwork to FINALIZE it.

he still has yet to show an actual contract but is still referencing his "contract" in the captions.

either he's not smart enough to really know what a contract is versus a memo
or he's just intent on continuing to play in everyone's faces with this foolery.

Mo'nique has shown us an actual contract with signatures and the name of the law firm who handled it right at the top.
this is the type of document that would actually hold up in court as CONTRACT. not DL's "memo".
