scary.whats even scarier is that based on what she shared personally about her struggles..shes looking in the mirror saying she could lose a few pounds

she really does need help. at least she has some sort of self-awareness as tow hat shes dealing with tho

so maybe she's seeking/getting help and is just still in her battle.
