I can see her being desensitized to all the noise on the bus after driving for so long - assuming she has .

I'm sure after a while it all becomes one big noisy blur .

But the fact that she did not make sure the little girl was safely off the bus completely before shutting the doors... she shouldn't be driving kids at all.
