it's on cardi to collect the money. and cardi must use HER resources to do so.
so she's trolling cardi.
some people seem to think that the FBI or secret service are gonna swoop in and lend their resources to this and help cardi
or judges are gonna jump down from the bench and literally fight for her or something ssfsfsfsfsf and get tasha thrown in jail
their job is to hear cardi's complaint, look at the evidence and make their decision.
then everything is put in cardi's hands to collect. that's how it works.
tasha did not commit a CRIME. she didn't murder anyone, she didn't rob a bank lol
she called cardi a prostitute, said she has herpes...and cardi was able to prove that was damaging to her brand.
caused her emotional suffering and blah blah blah
and she filed a complaint wth the court, put a dollar amount to the damage, and won.
now she has to collect.
and as i said from the jump (and as cardi's lawyers have admitted), it's gonna be challenging for her to do so because tasha is not opposed to playing games.
