But they DO know there's a way for Tasha to avoid enforcement . lol shocker, huh? Who woulda thought that was even possible? 😳😳 

"This is more than a hypothetical concern in this case," Cardi's attorney legal team wrote Friday. "During the litigation, Kebe bragged publicly that she had taken steps to insulate herself from a judgment. And there have been recent online reports that Kebe has moved from Georgia to avoid enforcement of the judgment."

The gorls on Bsource know for a fact she packed up and moved to Africa but cardis lawyers are in the dark and relying on "online reports " from youtubers  instead of documentation and a got damn paper trail leading to her ASSETS to seize.

It was previously ruled that Tasha made salacious claims about Cardi. Last month, her lawyers asked for the bond last month, citing Tasha's own public statements like one suggesting she had perhaps moved to Africa. They said they were worried she might use the delay caused by the appeal to avoid paying entirely.
