She made this song about her soccer player ex and his new girlfriend that he cheated with, even using their names in a witty way in the lyrics. It's turning out to be her biggest hit in years.

Word is that she found out he was cheating because a sealed glass of marmalade was opened in the fridge and Shakira knew nobody else in the house liked that marmalade but her, so she knew someone else had been there (his new gf). Apparently the new gf had to get psychological help, because of all the negative attention this had given her, the couple was allegedly even refused service at a restaurant in Spain because the owner was a Shakira fan.
