i think anyone of any race would need to fit requirements of what a landlord would want.

it has to look good on paper

its not like youd let someone who has a 480 credit score and history of evictions move into ur mess to rent it cuz they're white

but when ur talking about temporary rentals/airbnb mess, that's where things can get very messy
cuz ur basically letting the gorls use ur mess like a deluxe hotel room. something id never do for anyone

and thank god they dont allow it in my building at all

Yeah this ain't right but she free to do what she wants.

Honestly certain areas and price points will attract a certain type of tenant/client.. Like someone said, it's not really about the race but maybe about the class.
