people do interviews all the time during cases, especially when allegations of mistreatment are involved
I think the fact that it's TMZ instead of CNN is what's throwing you off
TMZ is messy but they're def still a reputable news source
It's not like their lawyer OK'd an exclusive sit down with MediaTakeOut
Giving this case more publicity will possibly bring more people forward , which would only further substantiate their claims

i dont think what shes saying will hurt the case because it's not directly contradicting the claims
open, shameless favortism in the workplace would fall under the umbrella of toxic work environment
