i feel sorry for the dancers.

thinking they were in a space where they could just be themselves without judgement or having to live up to certain standards in order to do what they love (dancing)...

you'd think that would be the case working for Lizzo.

i can imagine that being the shock of their lives to have her saying stuff like that.

if this is true they def have a strong case IMO. that  would clearly be traumatizing

Lizzo needs to reach a settlement ASAP & do self reflection. She was projecting her insecurities on her former staff.

Her team is trash & is unprofessionally run since the lady with the braids got terminated in a hotel lobby.

She also failed to realize like many entertainers that ppl that work for them are not their friends.
