A lot of people who are clearly physically fit people project as well and are deeply insecure due to body dysmorphia
No person with working eyes would call them fat or out of shape but that's not what they see in the mirror
And they kinda take it out on others. But it's more socially acceptable to some - cuz looking the way that they do gives them a pass to say things about others .
Same for those who may be widely viewed as conventionally attractive but still project because of their insecurities.
They get a pass from some and won't get the "you got some NERVE " response .
This stuff doesn't just affect people who look like Lizzo. It's worth thinking about before we go around randomly calling people fat and ugly.
Asking ourselves, why am I saying this? Why does this satisfy me in some way? What did this person do for me to attack them?
It's a tough convo to have with ourselves but it's worth exploring . Especially considering things like "ugly" and "fat" are so highly subjective and relative .
