He apparently threw the mic because it malfunctioned but threw it in an area where there wasn't supposed to be anyone and couldn't see. Either way, he's gonna hafta pay up.

i just looked at the full video and it does look like he was genuinely upset about the microphones not working

he kept going back to the crew in that area to get it fixed and they were fucking up

and he threw the mic back to that same area clearly frustrated. his anger def seems to be directed towards his team

law enforcement officials say they believe it was accidental. and based on the footage that makes sense

so at least he doesn't appear to be randomly targeting fans.
but regardless, someone was hurt . that bruise looks serious

he needs to apologize and shower this woman with gifts and free tickets and fruit baskets right now.

but with charges pending i wonder if he could even do that without it being seen as "admission of wrongdoing/fault" , etc.
im sure he's been advised against any of that stuff.
