And that worker threatening to take the girls ticket went overboard IMO

She obviously wasn't smiling, patient and agreeable but nothing I saw should have warranted  possibly denying her access to fly back altogether

They brought her out there on official Southwest business , get her back home . Obviously she's not getting the job but I think that worker threatening to take her ticket was a worse look for the airline than someone who's not even employed by them yet having an attitude

She would have been stranded if she didn't have money to book her own flight home (which is very possible considering she was looking for a job)

i think it was irresponsible of the airline to give them that type of ticket
