the bleaching thing is the most ridiculous mess ive seen

look at fas's mother and her children. shes clearly a naturally lighter complected woman.

and dont let her mention her creole heritage. the gorls get up in arms

i think its clear fas knows shes a black woman. she seems very proud of her blackness and stands in it
but simply embraces the full scope of who she is.

im all for holding her accountable of course but let it be something worth talking about.

if that were the case she woulda slapped some mess on blu ivy's head way before the gorls started making fun of her natural tea.

it's super clear that fas does what she feels  is marketable and what holds her brand together.
these are business moves.

how she handled that entire mess with Blu solidified that for me.
a woman who is not comfortable with her blackness would DEFINITELY have pushed that onto her daughter. especially if the gorls were calling her peasy headed and mess.

instead, she did the EXACT opposite and stood ten toes down, and even hit back at the gorls for the mess with the release of formation.

Next time just get a photographer that knows how to use flash and someone who can edit the pics afterwards  the brightness of all the photos of the event is too high, the pics of Bey in particular look overexposed

i think tina is justified in going off

with someone as big as fas, even the minority is a majority.

and them accusing fas of bleaching her skin has to really frustrate tina cuz 1) she knows fas isnt' doing that and 2) they're accusing fas of self hate.

that is a really nasty thing to put on someone.

i mean im sure there were a lot of people loving on blu ivy and saying she was beautiful from day 1.
but those "few" people who had horrible things to say about her were definitely heard loud and clear

so much so that fas had to pull a tina herself in formation by addressing the gorls who had things to say about her daughter.

we cant pretend that we dont live in a world where negativity finds its way to the forefront and makes its way to the stage, even in a room full of positivity.
that is a societal issue, not a tina issue.
