Many say he's untalented but I would argue that his talent is/was being interesting and having a good ear for hits. That being said, it's kind of impossible for him to hit without controversy. This song isn't good plus the "hype" surrounding it has already been done by Call Me By Your Name. These gorls heavily rely on a large budget to save them but people get tired of that.
