While some of us are criticising Brandy for her appearance now, we need to be looking at ourselves as we grow older and coming to terms with our own mortality.

While some of us are criticising Brandy for her appearance now, we need to be looking at ourselves as we grow older and coming to terms with our own mortality.

I don't think anyone here criticizes Brandy for aging. Hell, the majority of the board is not far behind her. Society as a whole however is very ageist and Im sure its very hard for a female entertainer when they hit 40.  However I do think that Brandy exhibits characteristics of a person who may not love themselves completely while going through different changes in her life. I think at times her styling - is a reflection of how she sees herself in those moments.

Few times? She slayed during Afro. She had more misses versus other eras but she had some HIGHS during this one too.

It's so interesting to watch Brandy be so positive about Afrodisiac. She almost never talks about the album. She was so right, it was a celebration of her womanhood and full of sexy, sensual,  and romantic songs. I wish we got more of those songs as singles.
