His mom was apparently arrested last year for car theft and drugs. They say her criminal record goes back 17 years across 4 different counties.

honestly send the boy to some sort of rehabilitation/mental facility for a few years to undo the damage his parents did

and lock up both of the parents for life.

they clearly haven't contributed anything worthwhile to society up until now and i doubt that'll change
