She gave up on being famous. I'm fine with that. But the selfish part of me wants her to give us just ONE more great album, please. Not these things she has been giving especially with the acting. The last 4 or 5 projects haven't been great. Tap into that space and give us one more piece of ART Queen. Just one.

Yeah her not caring about being famous or doing some minor things to keep her celebrity visible is def a flaw for her.

I recently had someone tell me they not a Brandy fan b/c she gives the ppl nothing, no looks/fashions, not enough bangers, she don't attend shit, and I get it if your a casual fan and not someone who claims her as a fav. I really wish she had a quality creative or brand marketing team who can help her during off and on seasons, she would benefit so much while still living the lowkey lifestyle she wants

I think Bran has made it clear that she doesn't care about fame anymore at this point in her career. She engages when she is selling something , period. She will pop back out when she has something to promote. Most likely Christmas w Brandy but idk is she still even on Motown? She may want us to forget that album even exist lol stay tuned . I think the changes at Motown has been a problem for Brandy. I think the Christmas album was put together to get out of a contract or something. I know I'm probably reaching but something is wrong.

Also Brandy never really interacted us until it's time to release something which is not a good look at all.

Brandy has a day to day life of her own, just trying to survive in this horrible world, like all of us. I am just thankful she's given me some music that helps me to survive along with her. She should definitely release Freedom leading up to Kamala's win in November. Even with her own money, and even if it's a flop financially and commercially. A true artist is always needed and the devil will always try to stop them. Yall keep thinking I'm crazy. Brandy is gifted beyond all human comprehension.

I can def see how Ehtiopia stepping down before the label merger was probably Brandy's last straw... it is discouraging when you finally get a new gig/boss your excited about and promised to invest in you and then shit folds once you start

Honestly when she mentioned she did the Christmas album in what 3-4 months? And it was already written and ready for her, it gave me let's get this album done to get out of this contract . IDK Brandy has never worked like that and usually takes some years to work on a project . I haven't even heard her mention Motown and she seems to have scrapped the previous project she was working on.

At one point she was in sessions with writers and doing interviews saying we would be shocked at her new sound and then now she's saying she's going to start working on the album soon??  So i don't even know what to believe . I know she was so excited to work with Ethiopia and she has been through so much label stuff so who knows .
