I hate to say this but i think he deserves the death penalty if proven guilty

or life imprisonment

clearly needs a psychiatric evaluation and never should be let on the streets again

no sane person does what he did to a sleeping, innocent person

then sits there to watch it, and fan the flames with his jacket he's living in another dimension.

I said a young CHILD shouldn't be given a life sentence , so clearly age is the difference here.

And even with that I didn't agree death penalty should be given to him

Because there could POSSIBLY be a mental health thing going on .

Possibly. Whereas in the other case of a child, the age wasn't something that could be debated or needed to be confirmed.

i am not better off staying at home. I simply asked for insights from locals. I live in a city aswell that people are alot of times scared to visit lol its not like ill be walking around like a scared tourist.

Just because people do something, that does not make it right! Especially for a woman, falling asleep on the train could be dangerous. When I say circumstances, I mean people who are coming home after a long day of work and may just be tired! But if you were driving from work, you will stay up, and the train is no different.

I get that you like to be disagreeable, but this person asked about how to stay safe, and the number one rule anywhere is to stay alert. Being in a deep sleep in public is the most non-alert thing you can do.
