so there was a renter in the smaller unit next to mine who recently moved out and the owner paid a visit last week to check on the place.
i made it a point to knock on the door and meet her, cuz i hadn't done so before and honestly i wanted her contact info in case she moved someone in that was a problem (previous tenant was super cool)
just introduced myself as the owner of the unit next door, lil small talk - but i really just wanted her number. sfsnfnfsnfsnfnfs and she was like "omg ur so sweet...do u know anyone who's looking for a place? "
and she got my wheels turning like WAIT 🤔 . i was like ya know WHAT i DO! my booskie who's been apartment hunting for a while!
i was like omf i need to get him IN. of course he's my booskie and i love him BUT i know he'd actually be a great neighbor and an awesome tenant.
quiet, great communicator, mature, respectful, mindful, has his own business making enough coin to sustain himself and then some.
BITCH i coordinated the hell outta the mess. acted as their liaison last week....set up their first direct meeting/communication at my place for yesterday morning...had some cute lil refreshments ready of course

and bitch he signed his lease today.
